  • While schedule and lead times can change, Technoblox is committed to quick and efficient production of the units. Current lead-times are around 3 months for production. an additional 1 month is needed for on-site construction.

  • Technoblox units come with a complete construction dossier, including design schematics and Structural calculations.

    e-Terra takes it from there, shepherding the dossier through local building departments to get building permit approval.

  • We work with you (The owner) in the design phase, to select any finishes you may wish.

  • Technoblox Units can be constructed to work with any use type, including varying climates, and terrain. Steep slopes, and other constraints can be handled just like any other type of construction.
